Welcome to Dark&Olive! These terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for our collaboration. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

1. Communication Guidelines

1.1 Primary Channels
We use the following tools for effective communication and project management:

Client Portal: Check the overall status of your project.

WhatsApp Group: Quick questions, updates, and informal discussions.

Email: Formal updates, approvals, and documentation.

Monday.com & Google Drive: For progress tracking and design file access.

1.2 Response Times
​​
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours, during business days only. This timeframe allows us to provide thoughtful and thorough responses while ensuring quality service for all clients. Please note that inquiries sent outside office hours or on weekends will be addressed on the next business day.

1.3 Office Hours
Our hours are as follows:

Monday to Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

1.5 Scheduled Calls​
Please note that we do not accept unscheduled phone calls. This policy helps us allocate focused time to each project without interruptions. If you wish to discuss your project via phone, calls must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through email or WhatsApp.

1.6 Client Time-Sensitive Responses
​​
Timely replies from you are essential to maintain the project timeline, ideally no longer than 72 hours. Delayed answers can cause significant changes to the timeframe and may impact the overall progress of the project.

When approvals or invoice payments are required, prompt actions are necessary. If responses are delayed beyond 72 hours, the project will be paused until the required action is completed. This pause can result in extended timeframes and potential additional costs. Please note that Dark&Olive is not responsible for delays caused by late client responses or approvals, as they are outside of our control.

2. Respect and Professionalism

2.1 Collaboration
We value mutual respect. Clear and polite communication ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties.

2.2 Feedback
All constructive and timely feedback helps us tailor designs to your preferences. Feel free to let us know what we could do to improve your overall experience.

3. Payment Terms
​
3.1 Deposit and Fees
A 50% deposit is required to commence the project. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final design.

3.2 Additional Charges
Revisions beyond the included scope or significant changes after approval will be billed at $50/hour .

4. Intellectual Property and Media Usage
​
4.1 Ownership
All design concepts and renderings remain the intellectual property of Dark&Olive until the final payment is received.
​
4.2 Media Rights
Dark&Olive reserves the right to publish photos, videos and renderings for promotional purposes, excluding any client-identifying information. Media might also be featured in our portfolio.

5. Termination Policy
​
5.1 Termination by Client
You may terminate the project at any stage, no questions asked. However, keep in mind that fees for work completed up to that point will apply.
Initial Deposit is not refundable.

5.2 Termination by Dark&Olive
We reserve the right to terminate the project if terms are violated, including non-payment or disrespectful communication.
